OWN AND IN CONTROL OF YOUR STATE OF MIND

Your bad state of mind, referred as bad mood can be temporary due to everyday stresses. If it continues longer period of time then you need help as it can lead to serious condition to your mind and body. It can be due to chemical and physical changes in the brain. It can lead to difficulty in day-to-day functioning.
To understand about your actual state of mind you have to self-evaluate. Are you frustrated on some issue that may be due to the mishandling, or helpless to that situation? Are you irritated due to the action or words of a person? Do you show disinterest in one activity or all activities? See if you get happiness from the activity of your choice. Do you notice significant weight loss and reduced appetite? Are you sleeping more hours than usual or and are you sleeping due to some physical tiredness? Reduced appetite & reduced sleep are very closely connected. Many times, it may be due to some underlying physical illness.
You go to gymnasium, the place where exercises are practiced to increase your physical health. It increases brain health, strengthen your bones, muscles etc. From a medical condition, such as thyroid disease or a neurological condition mood change can happen. Lifestyle changes, such as proper sleep, regular exercise and a healthy diet are needed for good mental health.
The message I want to convey is “talk to your dear and near ones or to a doctor to understand your state of mind. Effective actions are available to make you feel better.
Remember, your job is only to listen and show consideration to the one in need. Beyond that seek professional assistance .
