• A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona

I am Parul Gupta from Ghaziabad. I work for Infosys as Technology Analyst. I am an influencer and youtuber. I love creating videos especially with my mother. I believe in trying new things in life. I love meeting new people, trying new food, exploring new places. People call me friendly, energetic and someone who is always smiling and has dynamic personality. Their perception of me cheers me up. In my opinion I am a self-motivated, young by heart and cheerful person. I practice self-love and faith in Lord Krishna. I believe my life becomes beautiful with every breath of mine.

• Your Achievements that makes you feel high.

Being financially independent is my greatest achievement. I believe, as a woman it is essential to be financially independent irrespective of age or marital status. I believe women should find their talent, upskill and become financially independent to feel empowered. I still remember the day I got my first job. I was overwhelmed with happiness and I called my father to tell him the big news. I feel high every time I remember that moment. As a matter of fact, my heart pounds in this moment, as I am feeling high, while writing about this beautiful experience in my past

• Define the true beauty.

True beauty is in the ability to see goodness in others and treat everyone equally. True beauty is in expressing our true emotions and accepting ourselves just the way we are. True beauty is in radiating in happiness even in the toughest times of our lives and believing that there is a bright future at the end of the dark tunnel.

• What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?

When a person learns to smile in the happiness of others and learns to become a strong pillar at the time of hardships, I believe those individuals make a complete and happy family. Knowing that no matter what tomorrow holds for them, staying together and supporting one other in sickness and in health is the essence of being a healthy and happy family.

• What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?

Travelling, especially with my mother. I often make plans with my mother and we visit temples of India. It’s essentially helps me in the path of my spiritual journey and most importantly I get to spend time with my mother which is totally fun.

• Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?

To make a difference in my life and in society. I am passionate to make my own identity in the world and use my voice to influence others for the betterment of society. I am highly motivated to showcase my talents and win hearts of people. I aim to inspire others through my journey and talents. My dream is to represent India in an international pageant and win crown for India. I thrive to become the embodiment of confidence and elegance. I participating in Mrs. India Queen of Substance to become worthy of the title Mrs. India Queen of Substance.

• What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?

Today’s Bharat is progressing at a speed that we have never seen before. I believe it is beautiful to see that India’s potential is being recognized globally for economic growth on the other hand I believe as a woman we still find ourselves bound to stereotypes and glass ceilings for growth. I wish to change that. Indian women should stand up for themselves and break all the stereotypes in society to achieve happiness and success in life. I aim to motivate women to be courageous in life, be limitless and become the embodiment of women empowerment.

• The Quote or saying that encourages you?

“The magic you are looking for in life is in the work that you are avoiding.” When I heard this quote, my heart skipped a beat and I felt motivated to do something about my life. I always wanted to find my own identity and become prominent in the field of modeling and social work but I never got the courage to take constructive steps towards my aspirations. Today I am trying my best to achieve my goals and here I am participating in Mrs. India Queen of Substance with a purpose of becoming an extraordinary woman.

• What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?

For me, to be able to help and cheer for other participants without hesitation is true sportsmanship. I believe as a human, it’s primary to build friendships and good relationships with one another. I believe beauty pageants are more than just ramp walk and crowns. It is a platform where women feel encouraged and united to build a community that embodies woman empowerment. This platform gives an opportunity to meet wonderful and accomplished women and I want to utilize each and every moment to meet all of them and make new friends for life.

• If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?

I believe that education and health are the basic rights of humans and if I could use my voice and everything within my power to support a cause, then it would be education for underprivileged children. I believe access to best education and best medical support can empower a child with the ability to shape his or her life towards progress. I believe by upskilling the youth we have the power to eradicate poverty from India by nurturing great leaders and scholars. I am committed towards bringing a change in society by becoming the voice for the ones in need.
