I feel, to have healthy and happy family, we should show love and care towards each other, always give an open ear to have feeling of being heard and understood. We should support and encourage each other and celebrate success and give comfort during failures. Respecting and understanding each other helps in creating a good environment in family. - What is your favourite idea of holidaying?
We all have a very fast-moving life with mixed responsibilities of our professional and personal lives along with our hobbies and social activities we all are involved in and always running after our dreams and desires. So my idea of holidaying is a vacation to a serene areas on the outskirts of noisy places which offers peace from hustle-bustle of routine life. Such vacations allow us to recharge and unwind ourselves. One such recent holiday we spent in Vanvasa Resort in Lansdowne with no phone, no tv and no internet connection for entire three days was a refreshing retreat.
- Why are you participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
As a little girl, I always dreamt of being part of beauty pageant which I could not achieve during my young age because of the certain standards imposed in those pageants which made me move into my personal and professional life of a married woman. While heading Planning and procurement operations, I excelled in planning my professional and personal life. People say life starts at 40 which inspired me to do planning for my own dreams and desires which made me participate in MIQS with an expectation that MIQS will open many new ways for me to work in different aspects of life.

True “Sportsmanship” to me is respecting your opponents, rules of the competition and the people who created the platform for you.
