  • I am Aanjole Sood, an HR professional from the vibrant city of Hyderabad, also known as the ‘City of Nizams’ due to its rich princely heritage. I'm good at managing not just the people and spreadsheets at work but also my family, fitness, and mental health. I am a proud mother of two wonderful boys Rishit and Rayaan. I’ve been happily married to Tushar for 19 years. My husband is my greatest strength and my most candid critic. He empowers me to dream big with his unwavering support and belief in me. I firmly believe in living life to the fullest with a positive attitude inherited from my mother,

  • Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
  • Balancing work and family gives me a great sense of accomplishment. Additionally, overcoming my fear of public speaking and becoming a soft skills trainer is another achievement that fills me with pride. I have had the opportunity to conduct soft skills training for underprivileged children. Seeing the smiles on their faces makes me feel truly accomplished.

  • True beauty is way beyond skin deep. It's not about external appearances but about the kindness, authenticity, and compassion within a person. It is reflected in how we treat others. True beauty comes from the way we feel in relationships, it flows from inner peace and happiness.

  • What makes a complete, healthy, and happy family for you?
  • A Healthy and happy family is one that spends quality time together, whether it’s being there for each other, cooking and eating together, or simply sharing moments. Family is a safe space to share feelings and provide emotional support.

  • What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
  • My idea of holidaying is time away from work and my usual routine. It’s about creating memories and experiences. Exploring new places, spending quality time with my husband and kids.

  • Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
  • To venture out of my comfort zone and explore this new challenge Participating in MIQS will give me an opportunity to connect with new individuals and discover different aspects of myself. It will provide a platform to contribute positively to the community and allow me to offer something valuable in return to society.

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • What concerns me most about India is the availability of opportunities and resources for our younger generation, given the vast population of 1.4 billion, with nearly half under the age of 30.

  • “If you can dream it, you can do it. Your limits are all within yourself.”

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • True sportsmanship is always striving to bring out the best in ourselves and those around us. True sportsmanship is to reflect, adapt, and move forward.

  • If you were selected as a Charity ambassador, what Value addition. would you like to make for our Society and how?
  • I want to team up with charity organizations to work towards educating underprivileged girls. Work with like-minded individuals, schools, colleges, and charitable institutes. I can leverage my existing experience and expertise and use this platform to raise awareness and inspire others to join this vital cause. Social media is a powerful tool to spread awareness.
